WIWS: Bun in the Oven Edition

So in case you missed my announcement yesterday, Baby #2 is on its way! I'm 17 weeks, and as I carried small with Annie I doubt I'll get much bigger this time around: hence the barely noticeable bump, and the fact that I wasn't trying very hard for a bump pic.

Dress: Jones New York via TJ Maxx
Jacket: Old Navy
Shoes: Anne Klein, you've seen them many a time
Annie's outfit: on loan from my SIL, can't remember the brand...

Isn't her peeking face just too cute?
And she looks like she's wearing a hoop skirt. I promise it lays flatter when I'm not holding her, haha.
Finally got my hair trimmed yesterday. Alas, highlights aren't in the budget, so maybe next year!

Mmmm, can't really see baby bump, but was the best angle we got of it.
Annie, poor baby, is sick with some strain of stomach bug, and is taking it like a champ. So much for trying to wean her more this weekend - nursing is now my go-to for getting her hydrated and getting nutrients into her! She was probably the best... ever... in mass today, just because she's feeling so blah from being sick, just wanting to cuddle and put her head on your shoulder. I guess there are some perks to sick babies, but I still can't wait until she's better.

In other news, Michael got some yard work done yesterday (gorgeous weather!), among which he filled in our groundhog holes with concrete. That should teach the little bugger. He better not dig fresh ones under our porch this year! I nabbed this shot of Annie watching Michael out the window, pounding on it and saying "Dada! Dada!"

Head on over to the ladies at Fine Linen & Purple for more Sunday best!

  2. Can't believe you said 'bugger'. Your hair looks quite stunning down and straightened ... I vote we splurge before the end of May and get highlights together at Blake and Co. How about it?
